Eylure...the fluttering new eyelashes design by Katy Perry
There’s a new range of eyelashes on the market inspired by Katy Perry.
Like many celebrities Katy Perry is well known for wearing her eyelash extensions and loving them. The singer has collaborated with eylure to create a brand new eyelash design. Katy revealed she wanted to have maximum input into the creation of these eyelashes so that they would represent her own personal style.
Whilst away on her recent tours, Katy has admitted to wearing the eylure lashes and thought this would be an ideal opportunity to transform her very own new style for a well recognized brand.
Following in the footsteps of Cheryl Cole and Girls Aloud, Katy has designed four sets of strip lashes with her signature. The four designs are cutely named and displaying packaging design to fit in with the eyelashes image.
The vintage-inspired 'Oh-Honey' with eye-enhancing flicks, 'Cool Kitty' which have manicured tips, dramatic double-lashes 'Oh My' and a set for falsie virgins called 'Sweetie Pie'.
She said: "When it came to having a range of my own, I wanted everyone to have a great experience with my lashes. As they have such an amazing history and great quality, Eylure was really the best choice for me to work with."
The new lashes will be in the shops in February 2012, available at Boots and Superdrug.
